The Hollywood Ivar Building offers a mix of 75 creative, conference, and edit suites for short or long term rental. The facility has high-speed managed fiber as well as robust physical and cyber security. Facilities, engineering and janitorial staff are on-site to manage any issues. There is mix of indoor and outdoor shared common space for meeting or dining as well as gated secure parking.
Flexible configuration
We offer various types and sizes of rooms and that can be grouped as needed. Our partnership with Picture Shop and Hula editorial for edit equipment and data management ensures a seamless technical experience.
